If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it at your own expense. Please contact us via email to sales@bpositivehealthcare.com within 14 days of receiving the product. We will send you a feedback form to fill out as well as directions for returning the product. When we receive the returned product, a credit will be processed for the purchase price, excluding initial delivery costs. Upon receipt this can take 2-3 business days and we’ll email you when it’s been processed.

 

You must fill out the feedback form and return the product at your own cost within 10 business days of receiving the form and comply with the directions provided for returning the product. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until we receive it.
